ESL is a railway electrification and civil engineering contractor with projects throughout the UK.
We are a design and construction organisation with experience of successfully delivering a range of projects; from simple labour only arrangements to complex multidisciplinary engineering schemes. Being both a user and supplier of contingent labour, ESL understand the importance of resourcing projects with highly skilled and adaptive resources. The success and failure of multi-million-pound infrastructure projects can regularly come down to the quality, experience and reliability of the individuals on the ground during a given shift or possession.
ESL Resourcing is our dedicated labour resource division, providing specialist rail electrification, civil engineering and safety critical operatives to both our own and our clients projects. Our resources are available for both short and long-term assignments to a wide range of clients including contractors, subcontractors and owner operators.
We can provide individual operatives or full teams, supervisors and construction management as required. All operatives will be thoroughly vetted in regard to competencies, qualifications and experience.
ESL is a Corporate Member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and is fully RISQS accredited, ISO (45001) (9001) & (14001) and Safe Contractor approved.
